In 2023, Jiffy Lube, a leading car maintenance company, introduced MyJiffyLube (MJL), a feature on JiffyLube.com that provides personalized service estimates for prospective customers. Despite this innovation, a significant number of users were abandoning the estimate process before submitting their requests.
To address this challenge, I collaborated with Jiffy Lube and the strategy team at AKQA to analyze the existing estimate flow, identifying potential pain points causing user drop-offs. Using these insights, I redesigned the estimate flow in wireframes, aiming to improve the submission rate by enhancing the user experience.
After completing the wireframes, I handed them over to AKQA’s design team for further refinement. The updated designs are now in development, and we are eager to see how these improvements impact the estimate submission rate.
